Anchor: Melanie Hetherington Slug: Fusion Shot 1/Cam 1 Fusion Fitness and Yoga in downtown Norman provides many different classes for all age groups. ((Take VO)) Classes offered are multiple levels of yoga, dance classes and also personal training. Fusion Fitness and Yoga has added two sister companies this year, Fusion Nutrition, owned by Jacob Lafond-Faulkner and 405 Dance owned by Whitney Young ((Take SOT)) ((My goal as a business owner and for fusion is to provide a place where people feel safe no matter the fitness level, no matter how much they know about working out, how much they now about yoga or any of that, they can come here, they can find what they need one or another, whether it be a class or if they need nutritional counseling or whatever they need that fits into their life style.)) ((More VO)) Also provided is a free boot camp at 5:30 in the morning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. As well, they offer the same free class on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 8:30.
