Annoys me to look over at the neighbours property. Apparently it was given to him when his parents passed ages ago. It sits there overgrown, getting more and more run down. The house is a mess, dated, falling apart inside. And he just comes home from work, gets on the piss and watches TV most days. Hes got a couple of acres of land overgrown and unused and a huge house with a granny flat on the side on a separate deed. There are people who desperately want their own home and are trying hard to save for the bare minimum house that would suit them and cant get a break! He has all the makings of a perfect home AND income handed to him and he only has to put in a tiny amount of effort. Its just going to waste and devaluing the longer he lets it go to ruin. Grr! Id give anything to have that place. #karmamyass Rant over. :)
