Ingredients 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 3 tomatoes, diced 500g ground pork 1 pc pork bullion cubes 1 cup water 1 can tomato sauce (8oz) 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 cup potatoes, diced 1 cup vegetables (carrots, green bell pepper, red bell pepper) 1 small pck. of raisins salt and pepper to taste Instructions Saute onions, garlic and tomatoes. Add ground pork cook until brown. Stir in pork cube. Add tomato sauce, ketchup and water. Add potatoes and bring to a simmer to cook. When potatoes are half-done, add vegetables(carrots). Bring back to a simmer until all vegetables are cooked.then lastly, add the red and green pepper and raisins. Season with salt and pepper. Cooking Tips: 1. I use pork cubes to flavor the pork and the stock. If you don’t have bullion cubes, make sure you season the pork well. 2. The tomato ketchup will add the sweetness to this dish. I suggest you add ketchup a tablespoon at a time until you get your desired sweetness.
