Another 2 hour walk behind me today. Im pretty beat. And I get exercise 2 other days a week through physical therapy. I have completed my program though, so I have to do my prescribed exercises at home now. My physical therapist said something that all my Fibromyalgia friends may want to know. Cardio and stretching exercises are the best for Fibro patients to help us keep moving. Weight training even if it is circuit training can actually cause Fibro to be worse because of the added stress on the muscles and joints. Water therapy is actually VERY beneficial which most of you probably already know. :)
