Another animal shout out! The 2 horses and the lovely jackass (many may remember the moonlit, midnight grazings, I had with said jackass, when Dobie would bolt out the door, sheesh). They are great guinea pigs for me to test fosters that have applications to go live on a farm. Letti (Brownsville shelter German shepherd) is set to move to large farmland with 4 great horses. I never knew donkeys like to greet by smelling butts, maybe they dont? But this one does. Letti did great! Kim (schnz/yorkie) quickly became Billy Badass Barker & really thought she could wrangle a hoof or something. Im pretty sure the donkey laughed at her. Tank (bully), well, its safe to say the bully breed isnt meant for herding. You could see the oh shit in his eyes while looking these Godzilla models up & down. Then watch him stance like can i take them? No Tank, you cant.. youre drunk, go home!! The look on their faces dont compare to when they see one of the massive cows, that have gotten loose, before. Pretty comical. (Please note, new greeters or dogs that do not have great recall, are always leashed, for everyones safety. Id never put dogs, horses, or a jackass in danger) Farm life is great,.... to watch lol Just wanted to thank these 3 for being such great sports and a great asset to rescue placing!!!
