Another year went by. Today I celebrate my Birthday, today four years ago she celebrated her way into heaven. She left us all too soon. The last few weeks with her as she held my hand and looked up at me with her big eyes I knew it wasnt going to be long. She knew. Every time I left her she held on and I would sometimes cry the entire way home. I wished every time I had more time to visit her. I wished all the times before I wouldnt have let myself be so busy. I got to know her & grew closer to her more than ever the last few months of her life. We laughed together and cried together. I remember being pregnant with lane and she would rub and talk to him constantly. When he was born she squealed every time she saw him. Talked about how smart he was. He was her 14th... Or so great grand but she treated him just like her first. Said he would be walking soon and she would see it... & she did. Not a day goes by that I dont look at her pictures and miss her. I miss her smile, her sarcasm, her laugh, her hugs, her smell... All of her million Kitty cats... Her house, her love, & the Godly compassion she had. I know exactly where she is and for that I am at peace but I sure do miss her.
