Any advice for this mum? I am diagnosed with an anxiety disorder but have gone off medication since finding out Im pregnant (12wks). I was doing fine until tonight when Ive snapped a filling and part of my tooth off. I have always been petrified of Dentists - not just scared or dislike - genuinely petrified to the point I am normally heavily medicated to attend every once in a blue moon! What can I expect - am I going to be able to have gas, needles or antibiotics? Has anyone had emergency dental work in early pregnancy?? Please someone give me some comforting news!!
