Todays Moves of the Day are special.... ******If you could SHARE this post to help me reach as many people who might need some extra motivation/support/help on their journey, Id appreciate it so much!!!!******* Why is this so special? Because Im giving you a SNEAK PEAK of Tony Hortons newest workout: P90 I initially was NOT going to give this program a shot due to the fact that it really takes a step back from the programs Im use to doing...but it does so in a good way. In a way to help you slow down, and re-focus on the basic movements, focus on your form, focus on your balance/stability so that way when you do complete this program (which slowly builds up progression) youll be able to safely move on to a program like P90X or Insanity! For me...Ill be moving on to Shaun Ts Insanity Max:30 next month, so I need to really make sure I get my form, balance, and stability under control! Basically...even though this program isnt as fast paced like Im use to, it slows you down in a good way & Im really excited to see where itll take me in 90 Days!!! Who could BEST benefit from this program?? - If youre new to working out, arent sure where to start, this is for you. - If youre a seasoned fitness person who has kind of lost their momentum, needs to find a way to bounce back, this is for you. - If youve tried other programs/workouts that are too intense for your body, but eventually you want to get to that next level, this is for you!
