Any of my fellow runners have experience w/ knee injuries. It hurts mildly when I bend of press on it. It hurts like HELL when I kneel on it. I have a dr.s appt on Friday and are for sure not running on it until then. It started hurting on Sunday and got worse after a short run on Monday, but today its been collectively better. Im just a little scared as to how much Im going to have to take off. I dont want to miss my next race, its important to me. Its going to be a long wait til Friday.
