Anyone know how to remove the Passcode required feature on an ipod Touch? Michaels ipod Touch just required a software upgrade. When I ran the upgrade, it required a Passcode to be entered (I couldnt find any way not to do it). Now it requires a Passcode entry every time the ipod goes into sleep mode, etc. Michael cant see, and voice over wont allow him to speak the Passcode so I need to eliminate the need for it. After reading the online manual, it was of no help! Im afraid to reset ipod to factory defaults for fear that Ill totally screw up his ability to use it like he has been. Anyone have any suggestions? Its the newest ipod Touch from Apple. If I cant figure it out, I have to make an appointment with the Apple Store Support Team (and drive 25 miles to the store!) because they dont offer support via the telephone! Id appreciate any help I can get as Ive tried about everything (including reading the manual directions WITHOUT PICTURES!!! LOL)
