Are you going through this too??? ð Im new to this whole hypothyroidism world. Its one of those things where, if you dont have it, its hard to sympathize with. Ive been completely unaware that I had this and have been gaining weight (pretty rapidly!) despite my efforts. Im that girl that eats healthy and does hardcore workouts 6 days a week... So to gain 7 pounds in the last two months has been downright discouraging. Now that my dr. has added a hormone that my thyroid refuses to produce, I had hoped that the weight would fly off as quickly as it came on. But its not. So Im doing everything I can to learn more about this and hopefully get back to my happy weight. And hopefully I can help others going through this! Are you struggling with hypothyroidism? What have you learned about it? Im on a mission to learn as much as I can!
