BY QUIETLY, I MEAN READING, WATCHING TV, CONTEMPLATING DINNER. AND MOST OF THOSE CALORIES WILL BE BURNED FROM FATS. THAT IS, IF YOU HAVE KEPT YOUR WEIGHT, BMI, WITHIN NORMAL RANGE, UNDER 24.9. IF YOU HAVE LET YOUR WEIGHT CREEP UP TO OVERWEIGHT OR OBESE LEVELS YOU MAY BE BURNING A LOT OF CARBOHYDRATES. NO WONDER YOU CRAVE THEM.
