It was like some sort of futuristic dystopia.” And Lee Hsien Loong wants to build more artificial icons like Changis Jewel which is nothing but a mega mall, 2-in-1 Mega Zoo and Bird Park, more shopping malls, etc. ? Why not learn from Dubai, build an artificial island and the tallest building in the world?
