As Governor Nixon is discussing calling the legislature back to Jefferson City for special session to appropriate funding to cover the costs of the highway patrol and national guard dealing with situations in Ferguson. Nixon is going to have plenty of explaining to do as I know many including myself feel Nixon failed both in announcing the grand jury decision at 8pm at night and then not having the guard in Ferguson to prevent all the destruction while he had called them up days earlier. Even as the mayor called for help his calls were ignored and never returned!
