As I reflect on the years past I remember in great detail the birth of my son and all the experiences through infancy, toddler, boyhood, adolescence, and teenage years. He has been the epitome of decency, discipline, respect, love, integrity and great character. As he departs from Jamaica on Monday to Chart the next course of his journey, I pray that all that he has been taught and lessons learned will provide him with the necessary tools to remain focused and hardworking. The mother in me is dying as my last child leaves the nest...but alas...it is no longer about me ....it is all about him... Son, spread your wings and fly and should you fail at any juncture used it only as a stepping stone....pick yourself up, dust yourself off and push as though your life depends on it. You are destined for greatness....believe, pray with faith, set your goals and remain disciplined, Family...please keep Deeshai in your prayers .....thank you!
