As I write, Sea N Dream is near Pt. Fermin on her last voyage with our family, she has served us well, but its time for a great change. Its uncertain if Living My Dream is coming home today or not, its up to the crew to make that decision as the seas will be much rougher going uphill. As for me, Ill be staying home, or very close to home after receiving red cells yesterday. All was looking good at the Oncologists office, and my Whites were down to 0.4, they want them to be down right now. I can tell theyre even lower this morning as once again Im getting sores in my mouth, and at the other end. Its great to listen to your body and understand what its saying. Right now, mines saying the Whites are probably under 0.05, but this wont be confirmed because I dont need to go to the Oncologists Office until Monday, that is if my temperature doesnt spike. If it does, its back to the Hospital. While the temp hasnt been perfect, Ive taken meds before it hit the key 100.4 and its come down. I just need to keep it there another day and I can watch the Superbowl from my easy chair or bed. For all watching at the club, I hope you like what we planned and hope that Bent and his crew execute it well, I feel confident they will. Its a pleasure being home, even when the blood is in the tank. How many people do you know that could buy a boat while on a ten day parole from the Hospital, and watch it come off the Hard during the next respite from the Hospital. I feel truly blessed. As long as I keep the temperature down Ill be home until roughly February 11th. If the weathers good next weekend Ill look forward to my first day sail on Living My Dream. Gary
