As many of you may know we have recently launched The Sayra Project inspired by the little girl we took in last month. Today we received a phone call from Child Services here in Honduras requesting that we take on another family in need. The baby needing our help is 17 days old and her mother has no support at this time because the babies father died of a heart attack. The mom wanted to give the baby up for adoption because she knew she could not care for her on her own. Child Services is asking us to help this mother get back on her feet and teach her how to care for the baby on her own. Obviously we want to do all we can to help this mom keep her baby, but we need your help! Would you consider sponsoring this family?
