As most of you know I (Tammy) have suffered a fractured ankle. I wanted to give you all an update on my status. I was told that if I behave I may be healed in 4 to 6 weeks. So with that said my talented and energetic staff have all stepped up to take over some of my classes until Im fully healed. I will be leading some of the less intense classes and will be postponing others. Sorry if this has created any inconvenience. Thank you so much for your messages and posts. ❤ My Pulse Family!!!
