As professional church musicians in the first instance, we are incredibly fortunate to perform some of the most exquisite sacred music in existence every day during the course of our work. One of my (Dans) personal favourites, is the Agnus Dei from the Mass for Five Voices by William Byrd, here interpreted by the inimitable Tallis Scholars.
