As we prepare for the start of Georgias Joint House/Senate Study Committee on Medical Cannabis, I would encourage anyone and everyone interested in following this issue to watch this CNN Documentary. And ask one question, if the current FDA approved pharmaceutical prescriptions these children have been given 1. do not reduce the seizures, 2. keeps the child in a drugged like state of being, and 3. Has extremely dangerous side effects. Why then would anyone keep a child suffering with these types of seizures from accessing a non-hallucinogenic, non-high effected compound which has been proven to reduce seizures and does not cause the child to experience the drugged, comatose like state of being? More to come to dispel the misinformation being propagated by those confused about what we are trying to accomplish medically here in GA.
