Asked about a starting date for the replenishment: Ive been told early January is being targeted for a replen start but -- and it hurts to even say this -- theres a chance that the new class-action lawsuit, via Loveladies and North Beach oceanfront homeowners, might (albeit a low might) slow things. Im actually hoping the legal squabble on the north end will assure a south end start.
