Attention members: In order for your post to be approved you must be willing to do pick ups in Fort smith since this is after all Fort Smith Area Online Yard Sales. We will no longer be allowing people who live like 2-3 hours away from the fort smith area to post/join if they wont do pick up in ft smith. As we have heard of people willing to travel 45+ minutes away and meet up and the item be bad, the buyer trying to haggle or saying they only have $5 on them when they promised to pay $10, and also people seeing the item and changing their mind. We also want to remind you all that unless its down the road or close to where you are, we dont recommend you sell items for less than $5 (if its cheaper stuff sell it as a lot). This isnt a rule but you will feel less cheated as a seller if you get at least a few dollars over the amount you paid on gas to sell your items. Please do not drive over 10-15 miles to meet up with a buyer when the item you are selling is worth less than $20. It is your call but due to complaints we advise against it. If you see rules being broken in this group (make sure it is this one as we have no control over any other groups), report the post by clicking the little downward arrow on the corner of the post then choosing report to admin or linking the post to an admin via private message. Be aware all we can do is ban the person if the offense is serious enough (haggling in person (especially saying they only have $10 on them when you agreed to another price or no show/no calls).
