BOSEM warned to revoke its decision MU NEWS/IMPHAL, May 11 : All Manipur Recognised Private Schools Welfare Association today warned the Board of Secondary Education Manipur(BOSEM) to withdraw its decision to take the late fees from class VIII, IX and X students during their respective examinations. In a press conference held today at Manipur Press Club, Secretary of the Association L Joy said a decision of the BOSEM on April 11 has allowed the students to fill up their examination forms till the examination was started by giving late fees.
