BUDGET 1014: 1.BJP leaders are patting their own backs. 2.Opposition as is usual are critical about the budget. 3.for the gen.public its beyond their comprehension. 4.Salaried class by and large is satisfied .This is the class which had voted for Sri Modi in large number.There is nothing to benefit kisan/farmers. 5.Bullet trains and Rs.38000/-crore allocated for highways wd.benefit industrialists. 6..There is no roadmap for generation of employment.Our youth had voted for Sri Modi with open arms in the hope of getting employment.--seems now a distant dream. 7.Big promises were made to provide uninterrupted supply of electricity and water.After the election the situation has worsened. 8.Similarly,price of essential food items have sky rocketed and still rising Bjp govt.is blaming the previous congress govt.for all the problems.I wonder if BJP wre not aware of this at the time of campaigning? Despite all this public is still hoping for the ACHHE DIN as promised by Sri Modi. I have a few suggestions as follows. a.All subsidies should be withdrawn and may be given to those whose income is below Rs.10000/-p.m. b.Subsidies on urea and other agricultural items should only be given to farmers whose holding is not more than 2 acres(cultivable) land. c.To encourage and promote domestic production more duty be imposed on imports. People have reposed great confidence on Sri Modi and whatever steps Sri Modi would take people wd.welcome.Its most favourable time to introduce these measures.
