#BURPEES are a great #fullbody #exercise, while torching your #bodyfat. Instructions: Set up a stepper or a box that is Shin to knee high. Stand with your feet right up next to the board or box. #Squat down and place your hands on the board with your hips moving back first and then bending through the knee. (Weight in heels) Jump back with both feet back, maintaining your #corestrength with a nice straight back from shoulders to heels. Now you add the jumping jack while maintaining the #strength and #posture in your #core. Repeat the jumping jack 3-4 times, land with your feet together and jump back to the board with both feet , putting the weight back into your heels and jumping with your hands to the ceiling.
