[Banana ginger Energy Smoothie Recipe] I was searching for something smoothing and healthy for this hot weather when i chance upon this recipe. I decided to share it with all the member here. Enjoyzzzz!!! Serves 3 Ingredients 1/2 cup ice 2 cups milk 2 ripe bananas 1 cup yogurt 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional) Directions In a blender, add the ice, milk, yogurt, bananas, and ginger. Blend until smooth. Add sugar as needed.
