Telesales experience is preferred but not essential. Successful candidates will be confident, articulate individuals with an ability to close. You will be on the phones calling our customer database, generating interest in the services that we provide (primarily life insurance and pension reviews) Full Training will be given to prepare you for the role, and at Advisalink we constantly provide on the job training in order to keep you up to date with any changes. We also have external training providers who will help you through free NVQ courses, enabling you to build on your current qualifications and expand your skills set whilst still working full time. The part-time positions are perfect for students as flexible hours are available. £12.5K starting salary rising to £15K after a 3 month period + monthly commission with an OTE of £19-21K PA. Staff will receive and AVL Staff Loyalty card which entitles you to FREE gym membership, half price club entry to 3 of the main clubs on Southampton as well as discounts of up to 25% in local restaurants, pubs and hairdressers! After a successful 12 months at Advisalink you are given the opportunity to become a trainee Life Insurance Adviser. This leads to basic Salary of up to £20,000 Plus OTE of £60,000 as well as all (Industry recognized) qualifications and training paid for.
