Before Snr Counsel Hon Mutula Kilonzo passed on,he had promised that his first motion to be tabled in the senate would be that of no confidence in the current govt. that we all know how it got to power even with ICC chains on their legs. They mysteriously and smartly eliminated him. In our attempt to raise one of his own to fill the vacant position,the illegitimate govt is so ill bent to openly frustrate the Mutulas,why cant they give us the name they want on the ballot
