Best Dining Experience in Israel” 5 of 5 starsReviewed February 22, 2014 NEW This was my second visit in as many years and was pleased to discover its still one of the best dining experiences in Israel. While planning my holiday, it worked out perfectly to be able to stay one night at the lovely and rustic Auberge Shulamit. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual and the location offers spectacular views. The service was very attentive and never rushed. We were offered perfect dining advice by Mwais, the friendly and very gracious owner of the property. We enjoyed some of their many specialties, including the chestnut soup, stuffed vine leaves and smoked salmon. All very well prepared, presented and all very delicious. Even if you dont stay at the inn, its well worth the effort to visit the restaurant for a great dining experience.
