Big news! It is getting cold up north of us! I am running up to Salt Lake City U.T. three times a week right now so far the report is this: I have seen some migrating flocks of both Snows and Canadians, and Ive noticed a few more ducks and geese around the glof course at St. George U.T. there is ice around the edges of ponds along I-15 everwhere north of Beaver U.T. This info is from our trip up on Friday. Looking at the weekend forcast for the area I will expect to see even more flocks of migrating birds during the next week! I will do my best to keep everyone posted on my observations! Ahhh the joys of being a traveling man! Went out to Topock marsh today, there were quite a few birds. Had a great day in the blind! I only manahed to scratch out three, but it sure was nice getting to get some decoys wet!!! Looking forward to my next chance to go out. When I get the chance to go again I will post two days in advance in case anyone wants to meet up and go with me.(A guy can never have too many hunting buddies)
