> BoM Forecast Dangerous Thunderstorms Im sure many of you are very aware of the storm notices now, and its such a great thing to get warnings smsd straight to you - but heres the latest from the Bureau for this afternoon. *********Council has received advice from the Bureau of Meteorology that VERY DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS are likely over a broad area over the eastern Darling Downs, the southern Wide Bay and Burnett and the Southeast Coast districts (including Moreton Bay Regional Council area). Some thunderstorms are expected to develop into Supercells with very large hail, destructive wind gusts and heavy rainfall possible. Residents are encouraged to monitor local conditions.
