Bodybuilding friends on my Facebook. -Debate... What do you prefer to do in the off-season? stay 15-25lbs above contest weight and grow slowly through cycling etc or get on a full on bulk. My experiences have always been to go full bulk straight after contest, i have found this has led to some good gains, but also i believe it lays down stubborn fat depositories which then become hard to get rid off come getting lean time, especially in areas that you carry more fat! Im thinking this year of staying as lean (within reason) as i can, so i am never more than a decent 12 week diet from being near contest ready.
