Booked our family holiday through Alpha Rooms, when we got there our accommodation was booked up and we couldnt contact the company even on their emergency number for 24 hours!!! The hotel did give us alternative accommodation but not what I had booked complained when I got home to be told Alpha Rooms are only a booking agent in this case for Holiday Beds and they are so sorry but i have to complain to them guess what holiday beds are so sorry but it was up to the hotel who did give us another accommodation so no need to complain didnt we have a bed to sleep on!!!!!! No accountability pass the book and tough luck wont be using that company again.
