Just what makes our Bootcamps so successful? Instructor and Certified Trainer Chris Perez is a key to your success. Bootcamps start Monday 5am and Tuesday at 9am. Here Chris explains the science: This body transforming workout regimen combines Plyometric training, Endurance training, Weight training, and Core strengthening into a FUN and GRATIFYING experience. The workouts address not only weight issues, but agility, power, and FAT BURNING by taking into account all the necessary elements of fitness to get you in the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE! Workout: Constantly evolving High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) designed to increase your muscular endurance and promote a toned physique all while targeting those “problem areas”. Stress Relief: Studies have shown that the H.I.I.T style helps reduce the stress hormone Cortisol. You will be filled with a great feeling of accomplishment after the first boot camp that you will be hard pressed not to continue. In addition to the physiological response you will be filled with a room of motivated and goal setting individuals all working together to become the very BEST version of themselves! Diet and Nutrition: This is probably the most important part of training. “Abs are built in the kitchen!”…along with physical and emotional support you will be given a complimentary nutritional assessment. Let’s face it “diets” don’t work because they are difficult to sustain over long periods of time. This is not the case at AMAF. We are a RESULTS driven facility NOT a weight loss clinic. You will be shown how to fuel your body correctly to achieve LASTING SUSTAINABLE RESULTS that will not only transform your body but will resonate through other avenues of your life to become more efficient, have more energy, and just feel GOOD! Rest: This is probably one of the most underutilized tools of your fitness venture. Rest is where all the recovery happens from the workouts and stressors of your day. Safety is our top priority and you will be pushed during the workouts but not too much that you will be unable to recover effectively for the next workout. Proper form as well as non-workout day “homework” will be given to make the most of the REST DAYS. Accountability: You are three times more likely to continue a workout program if you have a partner there along the way.
