Breaking Source: Isabela City PNP First explosi0n.. Rpt on IED explosion. At about 1:45 am Oct 17, 14 at the entrance gate of the staff house of Cargill Oil Mill, Philippines, valderoza st, brgy sunrise, Isabela city an explosion occurred that left a visible crack on the gates post. Investigation revealed that an unidentified person who disembarked from a green Toyota hi lux left a bag (bayong) and run when the duty security guard of Cargill Bodega which is just in front of the staff house saw him and moments later a loud explosion was was heard. Further investigation revealed that Moton Indama is extorting money in the amount of P50,000 through text to Gaspar Katipunan y Zerna, branch mangr of Cargill Isabela City sometimes on September 19, 2014. Recovered were 9 volts battery snap connector, parts of a cellular phone, body of exploded 60 mm mortar and wirings. The incident incurred no human casualty. Investigation is on going. ----------------------------Second explosi0n. Rpt on recovery and disruption of IED. At about 3:45 am Oct 17, 14 at brgy la piedad cemetery while team of 15th SF coy was conducting mobile patrol they were able to intercept a person carrying a native bag (bayong) which prompted them to verify and thereat the person run to the interior of the cemetery leaving behind the bag despite giving him a warning shot. Army k9 units conducted paneling to the suspected bag and the k9 dog identified the item as explosive based on the dogs indicators.. EOD tms from Army, SAF and RPSB9 conducted verification and disruption operation using hydrajet disruptor to disarm the IED. Recovered after the Render Safe Procedure were 3 pcs 60 mm mortar, parts of cellular phone, 1 pc 9-volts battery present brand, I 2 pcs rocker switch, stranded wires, 9-volts baterry snap connector, a TM SIM Card, 2 pcs resistors, 2 led bulb, 3 improvised electric blasting cap, silicon controlled rectifier and shattered pcs of native bag (bayong)... Further investigation revealed that the IED contains a marking DEPO. No casualty was recorded. Motive is believed to be extortion to the Caltex Depot. Dxno RadyoKomunidad
