#BreakingNews update: KFD has now been battling a blaze at Sunflower Apartments in West Knoxville for more than 100 minutes, heres what we know: * There has been a partial collapse of the structure * No injuries are reported * Firefighters are still battling the blaze * The fire spread through a connected attic, the top units are believed to be a complete loss * All residents have been accounted for, 21-22 people have been displaced * Red Cross is on scene providing assistance * KFD tells us they expect to be on scene through the night
