Brides of Beecroft’s favourite country wedding this year, the wedding of Monique to Ryan in the country NSW town of Temora. Monique’s lovely story. On the 19th October 2013 I took my mother and brother Todd to Brides of Beecroft to go wedding dress shopping. I asked Todd to come because I knew he would be brutally honest. I tried on a few dresses but there was just something not right with them. I didnt want a dress with sleeves but my mum convinced me to try the Macy gown. I tried it on and looked in the mirror, Wendy was standing behind me and she tilted her head to the side, smiled and with an approving hmmm I knew it was the one. I walked out of the change room and Wendy put a veil on me, I looked at my brother for another evaluation and with tears in his eyes he gave me a simple nod. Ryan and I got married on a warm sunny October day in the country. After a beautiful ceremony we went for photos at my grandparents property in a paddock, amongst trees and through an olive grove. Our wedding style was country vintage and I think the beautiful Macy gown was a perfect addition to the vintage charm. Wendy and all the girls at Brides of Beecroft were absolutely lovely, so helpful and made my wedding dress shopping a breeze.
