Brilliant, woke up early doors and decided to take dog for a walk, went on usual route, nobody around, went down dimly lit path beside kiddies park and railway line, one second walking with Ben on lead then wallop, stepped forward with right foot, skidded, did the splits and went down like a sack of s**t, lay still on my right for a few moments, left knee under my body, thought for a horrible moment it was busted, luckily managed to drag left leg forward and managed to move toes, got up, soaked down one side and left knee throbbing and sore as hell, thanks to the arse wipes that had smashed what looked like a plastic container and scattered it on the path
