Brogya Genfi claims the current A-G did not mount a strong defense of the State’s position thus enabling the Supreme Court to rule in Mr Amidu’s favour. He said this during a panel discussion on Peace FM’s flagship programme “Kokrokoo” Thursday morning If the Current AG can artificially create a weak defence strategy to drive a verdict in some direction then I have every a reason to worry as Ghanaian. Jus imagine Martin Amidu was another person requesting for Judgement Debt, dun you see that like another Judgement debt has been won if that is how the Current AG wants tell us. Indeed I calls for her Resignation.
