Building our selves strong as a team is very important. Hopefully you guys have Been blessed.Thanks for your comments and contributions. I strongly believe as a team we are growing strong. Lets share on how to get our team strong. (1) Get things done for the team. Position, and even people liking us alone can not enhance out team work. As individuals, we have to make up our minds to be a great contribution to the the team. WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR THE TEAM?) Some people join teams for different reasons, to get, to identify and even with related reasons, but be a (PRODUCER) If your work gets done morale is improved. Productivity solves a lot of problems on the team, being Un productive, diminishes a teams moral. If a team is committed to use the gifts, talent, time and all the reason des God has provided, then productivity will take place. Team members should continually evaluate their performance and results, as a team we need to understand our mission and make it happen. We should creat an environment where every strength is is made effective and each weakness is made irrelevant. You will be very much needed on your team is you even consecrate on solving big problems instead of complaining and shunning off. Your team has to depend on you that you will achieve every project you under take. The following goals can help each on of us individually if we are be productive to our team. (1)Consistently hit targets and goals as an individual in your ministry. (2) Consider setting up goals,and achieve them even if your superior hasnt done it for you. (3) Your performance has to carry the team to the next level instead of demoralizing it. (4) People must see you as an expert in your field so that they will seek to learn from you, that means you will have to continually leant and develop in your field. (5)Be known as a problem solver not as a problem creator. We shall continue with the same idea on being a producer tomorrow. May God bless the women of TGC as they serve as a team. Martin
