C&R Moment: Today My grandfather (Percy Torrence) was laid to rest he was (91 years old) the good lord wanted him to come home. Grandpa I wanted to say sorry I didnt come to the funeral I just always been since a kid never could bring myself to come see anyone in a casket & everyone crying & I cant do anything, I know you like (Spook) come here as you did me as a kid. I will say this is my going away for you (Paw-Paw). A little story about my grandfather he was from Chicago originally & came to (New Orleans,La) with nothing, but made something out of nothing right there in the (8th W/D) New Orleans. My (Paw-Paw) used to take me to the store with him all the time when I was a kid, & the lesson he stress & taught me no matter what (Lil Spook) no matter the amount of money you have in your pocket always keep your word, it make you man (Lil Spook). We would go into the store my grandpa would get all sorts of things he love his beer & he would talked to the supervisor & leave the store without paying for anything but every friday like clock work we would go back into the store & pay what he owe he said (Lil Spook) you know why I can come to the grocery store get anything I want without paying & come here a couple days later & pay my word always keep your word (Lil Spook). Love you (Paw-Paw) its about to be a big shift in the family now I know you looking down (Paw-Paw) I kept my word to a teeth thats the foundation of (C&R) Paw-Paw always keep your word rest on (Paw-Paw) (Percy Torrence) your grandson (Lil Spook)
