CALENDAR UPDATE. OK heres the deal with the calendar... Ive been to Bulgaria and had a gastric band.... Nooo Im only joking lol my sense of humorous is somewhat west... Right then theres a lot of information here so I will try to get to the point... The calendar order arrived from the printers on Thursday and I noticed a couple of imperfections (the writing was small and a photograph was duplicated) - when I looked into it I noticed that an earlier calendar file had been printed up rather than the Final Print. Fair play to the printers because they immediately took responsibility and set up an immediate reprint promising delivery of this by this Wednesday at the latest but aiming for Tuesday. I feel quite sorry for the printers because there goes any profit for them. The upshot is that your calendar will now be posted out on Wednesday and so you will without question get it this coming week. The silver lining in all this is that I now have an additional 500 copies of the calendar which due to their secondary nature .....if sold for a pound less than the final print calendar ....would represent another £2000 in potential profits. The gold lining in all this is that following on from a meeting with the manager at Little Lever TESCO ...attended by myself and Rita Rigby It was agreed that TESCO will sell the calendar in store at the customer services. Thanks Rita and Nichola Armer for making this possible. Toms Toys have also very kindly agreed to make them available so thanks to Lorraine too. So in summary ....those who have preordered their calendar with me will receive it next week. The calendar will be available in TESCO and TOMS TOYS in Little Lever by the end of next week.
