CAVO/Studio/Producer/New Record So, we’re sure that most of you already know this, but we wanted to make it official….After well over 2 years, we are so excited to tell all of you that we have confirmed dates for the recording of our new record!!! It’s been a long time coming, and we have honestly poured our heart and souls into these songs, to say we are proud of them would be an understatement. From the beginning of this process, we have never given ourselves a deadline. We felt that when it was right, we would know it. It may have taken longer than any of us would’ve liked it to, but we feel that you guys deserve that level of dedication and commitment. OK, on to the details…. We start recording February 3rd in Austin, TX at the Orb Studios ( orbrecordingstudios ) w/Producer/songwriter/Bassist Matt Noveskey from Blue October (Those of you who know Casey, know how big of a deal this is). We have had a lot of conversations w/ producers, but from the first time we talked, Matt seemed tuned in w/ what we were going for. He believes, as do we, that the most important thing is the music, everything else will fall in line. “Getting to work with a band you’ve respected and been a fan of for years is truly a blessing. I couldn’t be more excited about helping Cavo make what I hope to be their career defining record.” Matt Noveskey. Stay tuned to our pages for all the latest updates about the record. We are documenting this whole process and we promise it will be an exciting journey. We are so excited that we’ll finally have new music coming in 2015!! Gonna be an amazing year for all of us!
