CELINA, Oh. --- (October 12, 2014) Lots for Soldiers, Inc. in Mercer County dedicated their first home built by St. John builders of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina was dedicated Sunday afternoon. Its located at 226 Godfrey Ave. in Celina. USN Reservist Ron Cooper, wife and two children from Montezuma will be moving into their new home this week. Cooper is a Second Class Petty Officer on the Naval Reserves after serving on active duty. During a Litany, Pastor Jeff Gramza prayed That this home will be a place where people will be safe and secure. The people attending the ceremony responded, Hear our prayers, O Lord. A Bible and keys to the home were presented to the Cooper family by Homer Burnett, who along with his wife founded Lots For Soldiers, Inc. It took volunteers only 4 months to build the house.
