One thing I always try to do before providing information to families is to research first. What I mean by research is to look into several articles with credible sources and not opinion or the new trend. When it comes down to certain things such as a dogs diet I look into articles that provide references and the url is .edu or .org because when writing a paper for college we were required to obtain our information from credible sources that provide references and were instructed to look at url that ended in .edu or .org. We could not use Wikipedia, websites, blogs, or sites. With this said, I am seeing a lot of misinformation about dog food diets from everything regarding grain to feeding raw. This article is lengthy but worth reading.
