CHAINED up dog facing euthanization because an unsupervised 4yr old child left his house and wandered around the neighborhood into the yard of this dog, and then tried to take the bone FROM HIS MOUTH. The child was of course injured. However, I signed this petition to deny euthanization of this dog. He was chained up on the owners property.
