CLARION CALL AGAINST CORRUPTION This is the painful ineptitude, inexplicable greed, bestial corruption that we have lived with as Nigerians. Meanwhile the Nigerian universities are a ramshackle, rickety institutions only held together by the mere idea that they must be there.
