[COCONUT OIL PRE WORKOUT] Since Ive had about 9000 people ask my WHY Im taking in fat in my pre workout meal.... Dont you people listen to what i say. lol. COCONUT OIL pre workout is absolutely acceptable to mix with intra workout carbs. Its primarily MCTs which are processed differently than most fats so they are actually a great choice pre workout for immediate energy and wont be stored as fat. #educateAndDominate
