CONFLICT OF INTEREST VS. WAR OF DOMINATION Conflict of Interest can and does get resolved with mutual adjustment and self actualization. This is evident both in personal life and geo-political domain. However War of Domination is distinctly different and is resolved only aftter the complete annihilation of one of the two major counterparts and the basic premises of the domination dogma. From the narrative of the Vedic and Puranic battles between Asuras and Devas to present day War of Civilization between Islamist and their Liberal counterparts to any fight for dominance even in a common household (déjà vu Mahabharata story line) the same outcome is repeated. The aggressor or someone who had the first mover advantage has always perished. Though strangely the aggressor seems to portray or believe himself / herself as a victim and frequently finds sympathetic hearing and support of their self proclaimed victimized dogma among their kinsmen. So let’s be aware where we stand because it shall determine whether we are in a Conflict of Interest situation or taking sides and getting involved in a War of Domination.
