I use the blood of Jesus to wipe away the X. Like David I want you to keep declaring Psalm 118:17 which says ... I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount the deeds of the LORD... ...JESUS HAS DESTROYED THE POWER OF DEATH Heb 2:14-15 …Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.... ... FEAR OF DEATH PUTS PEOPLE IN BONDAGE Friend, dont die before you are dead. Yes! there is Ebola virus killing its victims. Yes! there is Boko Haran ravishing Northern part of our country, ISIS killing non-Muslim in Iraq, Asad destroying his own fellow Syrians etc. But believe me, I see angels of God forming walls of fire around you... Anchor on Gods promises in Psalm 91:5-7 that says ...You will not be afraid of the terror by night, Or of the arrow that flies by day; of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, Or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. A thousand may fall at your side And ten thousand at your right hand, But it shall not approach you... ...LIFE AND DEATH IS A CHOICE, THEREFORE CHOOSE LIFE! Remember King Hezekiah, he was told by the prophet of God (not a fake prophet) to prepare his house because he will die ( 2 Kings 20). He turned to the wall and prayed. He chose life and God sent back the prophet to tell him that He has added 15 extra year to him ...Return and say to Hezekiah the leader of My people, Thus says the LORD, the God of your father David, I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; behold, I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the LORD. (2 Kings 20:5-7) ... WALK BY FAITH NOT BY FATE What will be will be is not the language of those who walk by faith. You can change what was initially planned to be by faith. God honors faith because He is a God of faith. Papa Idahosa said if your faith says yes, God will never say No! Hebrew 11: 33-35 who by faith conquered kingdoms, performed acts of righteousness, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions, quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight. Women received back their dead by resurrection... Use your faith whenever death confronts you. Thats what Keneth Hagin did at 16 and he lived to see his 80s. ... I merely told the devil that my parents are alive and he is free to ask them if I honor them and as long as I honor them I have no business with air crash! We eventually landed safely. If your parents are still alive, honor them. If they are dead, honor anyone who plays a role of parent to you. Honor your man of God. Jesus was not moved to tears when Martha cried but He wept when Mary wept. ... PETER IS NOT JAMES Many Christians believe that what happened negatively to others will happen to them. Herod killed James (Acts 12:1-2). He also arrested Peter hoping to kill him like James but Peter is not James. God delivered Peter out of the hands of Herod. Stop expecting the evil that befell other to befall you. Dont be afraid, you case is different. ... STEPS OF THE RIGHTEOUS ARE ORDERED BY GOD My mentor Ogbo Awoke Ogbo was bid to travel with Dana Airline that crashed in Lagos. He, for no apparent reason, decided to see his son Dikenna in his school there in Abuja. He didnt travel with the flight. With that, God preserved his life. His colleagues that traveled never made it home. He is an untold blessing to our generation today. Two Elders of RCCG were in WTC building when suddenly one of them had a feeling they needed to go. As soon as they came out of the building,that was when the 1st hijacked plane crashed into WTC at the exact floor they were during 911 attack in USA. God is watching over you. Somehow somehow, believe me, God will order your steps away from where the enemy wants to kill you. ... GOD WILL SATISFY YOU WITH LONG LIFE Psalm 91:16 with long life I will satisfy him Thats Gods promise for you. You will eat life like food until you say I am satisfied, God please am ok, take me away from this earth Dont be afraid. Your life is not in the devils hand but in Gods hands. You will not die till you finish your assignment on earth. Ebola will not kill you! Insurgency of Boko Haran will not terminate your life! Kidnappers, robbers, poison etc are not meant for you! Greater is He that is you than He that is in the world. No weapon fashion against you will prosper You have a covenant of life and you have a covenant with life...
